Tax Season for Queer Artists | Friday, February 27, 12:00 - 1:00 pm
FREE
Arts and maths famously go together like oil and water, leaving many
artists feeling lost, frustrated, and vaguely hopeless whenever tax season
comes around. This is where Sarah Peace comes in. With a degree in
accounting, and years of entrepreneurial experience with her own artistic
practice, she aims to marry these two complex subjects, and help her fellow
artists prepare for their income taxes this winter. In this session, we
will go over self-employed income, which expenses are eligible for
deductions, and more!
