Hello LMME members,

Please see the upcoming workshop info below for your reference. *This
specific workshop is open not only to the school educators, but also to
every other educators and interested non-educators to register and attend*.
Space is limited.

We will spend the day learning about Vancouver’s Jewish communities and the
Oakridge neighbourhood, and how the Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre
and Jewish Museum and Archives of BC foster connections locally, as
Holocaust history continues to be relevant today.

*📣Last VHF Pro-D of 2025: Friday November 21st, 9am-3pm, $100+ tax!*
Please sign up by *Monday November 17th 2025* for a day with the Vancouver
Holocaust Education Centre, at the Jewish Community Centre, to learn the
legacies of Jewish Vancouver and the Oakridge neighbourhood. The day will
include exhibition tours and educational resources for all ages, a
presentation by the Jewish Museum and Archives of BC, and an afternoon
visit offsite to Temple Sholom. *A light breakfast, beverages and lunch are
included in the day.**
