[BCMA] Venue Rentals and Agreements/Forms

Hi everyone,

I'm updating some of the procedures for the Golden Museum, and I've
discovered that we don't really have a great process for renting out our
space. All rentals previously have been done through email and verbally,
but there is no formal process, and no paperwork filled out. I believe this
opens us up to some liability in forms of insurance claims due to injuries,
and does not hold renters accountable for any damages.

If your organization does rentals, how do you handle them? How much
insurance do you require renters to have, if any? And do you have any forms
or resources you can share with me so that I don't have to start from
scratch?
