[BCMA] Pump organ.

Thank you for thinking of the BC Farm Museum, however we just don't have
the space at this time to accept another pump organ.  We have two at this
time, and space is a major problem.  The organ you are offering is a
beautiful pump organ.  What about the Centennial Museum or the Fort Langley
Museum, just a suggestion.
