*Webinar Description*

This 45‑minute webinar is designed for museum and interpretation
professionals who want to incorporate evaluation into their work. You’ll
learn about the key steps of the visitor study process and use a practical
worksheet to start developing questions that will guide evaluation projects
that are both useful and feasible. While this session provides a solid
foundation, additional training and experience are recommended before
conducting a study on your own.


This webinar is led by Tara Miller, a Visitor Study Consultant

background in heritage interpretation and is passionate about empowering
