Hello BCMA Colleagues,
As part of Sidney Museum's ongoing collections management work, we have
come across a selection of items that have been previously deaccessioned
and therefore would like to offer to the museum community first. These
items on offer for transfer are bottles.
Please email *outreach at sidneymuseum.ca <outreach at sidneymuseum.ca>* by *Monday,
April 28th* if you are interested in any of the items. I am happy to
provide more information, photos, and measurements upon request.
Please note that receiving institutions are asked to reimburse Sidney
Museum for
packaging and shipping costs.
Thank you.
Charlotte

*We respectfully acknowledge the Sidney Museum & Archives has been shaped
by the colonial history of Canada, and is located in Sidney/SETINES on the
territory of the W̱SÁNEĆ People including the **BOḰEĆEN (Pauquachin),
SȾÁ,UTW̱ (Tsawout), MÁLEXEŁ (Malahat), W̱JOȽEȽP (Tsartlip) and W̱SÍḴEM
(Tseycum) First Nations.*
*We understand that territory acknowledgment is just one part of
Reconciliation, and the museum continues to work towards other ways that we
can participate in Reconciliation alongside Indigenous communities.*
