[BCMA] tech help needed

This very little ethnic museum has need of professional help with these
issues:

Our database is on CollectionsAccess and hosted by Hetzner in Germany. It
is unstable and our local volunteer can get it working for a while then it
drops out again. When stable it would be ideal to batch load about
60  files to CollectiveAccess.

We would like to explore options around a video presence on the community
website and available for other uses.

We do not have the knowledge within the community and need
recommendations for someone who could solve our issues. Locals are ideal.
