[BCMA] Mystery spear point

Hi, everyone,

We’re so close to the end of a long process to rehome a bunch of random
things that have shown up here over the years. Last on the list is this
metal spear point that has been hanging around for years and may have come
to us via a garage sale or thrift shop. Can anyone identify it? Does anyone
want it?
