Hello!

Kamloops Art Gallery is seeking a Gallery Attendant to create a welcoming and informative environment for all visitors. If you are an art enthusiast who would enjoy being surrounded by artworks all day and having the opportunity to speak to visitors about them, we'd love to hear from you.

As the first point of contact, the Gallery Attendant provides an important service in the overall visitor experience, ensures the safety of the artwork, and engages in the daily operations of the Gallery Store. The successful candidate is personable and engaging; has a deep interest in contemporary art and an affinity for art that they are willing to share with the public; speaks clearly when providing information to visitors; displays a confident, friendly manner as a gallery professional; and has strong time management and self-organization skills.
