*Becoming a RE-ORG coach with the advanced professional development
workshop (October 2 to November 30)*

Have you used the RE-ORG Method to reorganize a storage area? Do you have a
passion for helping people realize their goals and aspirations? Take your
skills to the next level with the Becoming a RE-ORG Coach: Advanced
professional development workshop, taking place from October 2-November 30,
2022, on Zoom.

This workshop, taking place over two months, with one activity each week,
will allow participants to remotely design and develop a RE-ORG training
activity based on a case study, provide recommendations to institutions
wishing to undertake a RE-ORG project and effectively apply coaching skills
(leadership, time management, project management, problem solving and
communication) to lead and advise heritage institutions on their storage
needs.

Canadian Conservation Institute for this training.

avancé  (2 octobre au 30 novembre)*

Vous avez déjà utilisé la méthode RE-ORG pour réorganiser une réserve? Vous
avez la passion d’aider les gens à réaliser leurs objectifs et leurs
aspirations? Faites passer vos compétences au niveau supérieur grâce à
l’atelier Devenir coach RE‑ORG : atelier de perfectionnement professionnel
avancé, qui se tiendra du 2 octobre au 30 novembre 2022, sur Zoom.

Cet atelier, d’une durée de deux mois, consistera en une activité par
semaine, qui permettra aux participants de concevoir à distance une
activité de formation RE-ORG basée sur une étude de cas, de formuler des
recommandations à l’intention des établissements qui souhaitent
entreprendre un projet RE‑ORG et de mettre efficacement en pratique les
compétences en coaching (leadership, gestion du temps, gestion de projet,
résolution de problèmes et communication) pour diriger et conseiller les
institutions patrimoniales sur leurs besoins de mise en réserve.
