[BCMA] Art After Dark at the Vernon Public Art Gallery

Hello everyone 🙂

Just a reminder that Art After Dark is happening this Friday, October 22nd, at the Vernon Public Art Gallery. Doors open at 7:00 PM.

Art After Dark is a soiree-style party designed to cultivate those looking for a unique night on the town. Featuring appetizers, drinks, wine tasting, live music, interactive and collaborative art activities, photo rooms, and our current exhibitions all in one evening at the Vernon Public Art Gallery.
This year, musicians Andrew Judah, Oakmoss (James Balehowsky), Chloe Davidson, and Sean Waters will be performing at this music-inspired Art After Dark. Each musician is a part of the Sounds Suspicious collective, which resembles a record label, but at its heart, it is truly just a collective: musicians in British Columbia sharing a platform to elevate one another’s works. The Sounds Suspicious exhibition: The Intersection of Art and Music will be on display in the Gallery as well.
Wine will be served by Frequency, and Vibrant Vines Winery. Frequency Winery is known for having a recording studio inside the winery, allowing the sounds and energies from the recording studio to become part of the process.
Tickets are available online at https://app.etapestry.com/onlineforms/VernonPublicArtGallerySoci/AADTickets-2021.html. Admission is $25 per person. The VPAG will be checking vaccine passports for this event: please have your vaccine passport and one piece of ID with you. Art After Dark is proudly sponsored by Wooley & Co.
