 the EDI&A Guidance Strategy.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin-top:0cm;box-sizing:border-box;margin-bottom:1rem"><span style="font-family:Roboto;color:black">Building on the Workplace Diversity Survey, the Literature Review, and the focus-group interviews on EDI&A in Canadian museums, the case studies
 would be the fourth phase of this Strategy project. Your museum’s participation in those case studies will help shape practical, sector-specific EDI&A guidance, showcase your work, and contribute to sector-wide transformation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin-top:0cm;box-sizing:border-box;margin-bottom:1rem"><span style="font-family:Roboto;color:black">Participating organizations should be willing to speak openly about both their successes and the challenges they face. We are especially interested
 in institutions engaged in one or more of our priority areas, including:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin-top:0cm;box-sizing:border-box;margin-bottom:1rem"><b><span style="font-family:Roboto;color:black">Governance transformation</span></b><span style="font-family:Roboto;color:black">:<br>
Diversified boards, transparent nomination processes, or power-sharing models that centre community representation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Addressing barriers like poverty wages or unpaid internships and exploring alternative funding models that support fair compensation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
