 of interpretation, educator professional development, leadership, and visitor experience planning in shaping visitor learning.
<i>Visitor Experiences</i> explores the evolving concept and implications of a holistic approach to visitor engagement in museums and other cultural heritage institutions. Topics include: museum relationships with the public and its capacity to serve as social
 spaces; strategies for audience research; the characteristics of visitors; communications and exhibitions; formal and informal learning activities; and evaluation strategies.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
