Centre for Truth and Reconciliation and the First Nations Confederacy of Cultural Education Centres. This gathering is proudly presented by Know History. IHHG will kick off Indigenous History Month, taking place at the Westin Ottawa from June 2-4, 2024.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="xmsonormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#242424">This gathering will serve as a forum to highlight the incredible work being undertaken across Canada to preserve and share Indigenous
history, culture, and heritage. The event welcomes Indigenous and non-Indigenous community leaders, museum professionals, scholars, researchers, educators, and advocates to come together and engage in meaningful dialogue, exchange ideas, and contribute to
the preservation, understanding, and appreciation of Indigenous history and heritage.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="xmsonormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#242424">This year’s event includes pre-gathering workshops, offsite fieldtrips, and an arts and culture night with pop-up exhibits and an Indigenous
