We don’t seem to have paperwork on hand from the last time this assessment was done, so we’re unsure of how our current valuation came to be. At this point I’m thinking it best we start this process fresh.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Has anyone done a full collections assessment in the past few years? What resources did you use to start this process?
