<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%">Alex DeForge, MA (they/them) <span style="color:#231F20">is an activist, researcher, and educator on stolen land in Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh territory. Alex works
 at QMUNITY as the Manager of Programs and Services. They manage a fantastic team of service providers that support 2SLGBTQIA+ people at all stages of life. Alex has a background in research and they are passionate about involving the community at all levels
 of program planning, implementation and evaluation. Their work pushes QMUNITY, partner organizations, and other institutions to think about programs and services through an intersectional lens. </span><o:p></o:p></span></p>
