investment in the digitization of, preservation of, and access to Canadian heritage<span style="color:black"> in Canada.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Roboto">Members serve for a term of three years, once renewable.

<span style="color:black">Members of the Executive Committee will not be remunerated for their service, and any costs incurred for meetings or travel must be covered by the committee members’ home organization. <u></u><u></u></span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Roboto;color:black">The CCDH Executive Committee meets on a bimonthly basis for two-hour teleconferences. Executive Committee members

 will also join the CCDH Advisory Committee which meets on a quarterly basis. The prep time and individual work for the CCDH averages about half a day per month.</span></span><span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Roboto">
