[BCMA] Small boats available for transfer

Hello,
The City of Richmond, Museum & Heritage Services have recently assessed the small boats currently held at Britannia Shipyards and have determined that the attached list of six boats should be offered for transfer to a museum that can use them. Please contact me by June 3rd if you are interested in any of these boats.
