regards to the upcoming Caetani Summer Solstice Festival happening at the
Caetani Cultural Centre in Vernon, BC on solstice weekend, June 20 and 21,
2026.

The June 20 event is our annual ticketed music festival that this year
incorporates vendors from the Strange Bazaar market. The June 21st date is
the free admission event to the Strange Bazaar.

Celebrate Summer Solstice at the Caetani Music Festival & MarketThe Caetani
Cultural Centre’s annual Music Festival moves to Solstice weekend,
featuring music headliner Empanadas Ilegales and the Strange Bazaar market.

VERNON, BC — The Caetani Cultural Centre is inviting the community to
celebrate the longest days of the year at the Caetani Summer Solstice
Festival, taking place June 20–21, 2026, on the historic Caetani grounds in
Vernon.

To mark the occasion, the Centre is offering a limited-time two-for-one
ticket promotion from May 19–26 for the Saturday, June 20 Music Festival
and Market admission.

The expanded two-day festival combines live music, art, food, and community
gathering in a unique outdoor setting. Saturday, June 20, 2:30 to 9 p.m.,
features a ticketed music festival and market experience with Strange
Bazaar vendors, while Sunday, June 21 welcomes the return of the free
all-day Strange Bazaar from 1 to 7 p.m., showcasing a vibrant collection of
artists, makers, and vendors from across the region.

“We are excited to welcome people back to the Caetani grounds for a weekend
that celebrates creativity, connection, and community,” says Caetani Centre
executive director Laisha Rosnau. “The Summer Solstice Festival brings
together outstanding musicians, local artists, and audiences of all ages in
one of Vernon’s most inspiring cultural spaces.”

Saturday’s music lineup includes acclaimed local and touring artists
Francis Baptiste, Kinfolk Nation, Claire Coupland, Common Fires, and Neil
Fraser. Headlining the evening are Empanadas Ilegales, known for their
electrifying blend of psychedelic Latin cumbia and salsa. Festival-goers
can also enjoy the Strange Bazaar market throughout the day from 3:30- to
8:30 pm, as well as food trucks providing delicious offerings.

Early bird tickets for the June 20 event are now available through
Eventbrite, including all-day and evening passes with adult and youth
pricing options. Children under 12 attend free, and active Caetani Cultural
Centre members receive an additional 10% discount on ticket purchases. The
two-for-one ticket promotion runs from May 19–26 on Eventbrite and is
available while quantities last.
