Join BCMA and Cindy Conti, HR Consultant with go2HR, for an engaging and
informative session that will help you unlock the benefits of disability
inclusion and discover how inclusive leadership strengthens teams, improves
retention, and supports a more sustainable tourism future. Through the
Belong initiative, go2HR is helping tourism employers build workplaces that
are *I*nclusive, *D*iverse, *E*quitable, *A*ccessible, and *L*eading
(IDEAL).

go2HR is the human resources and health and safety association for BC’s
tourism and hospitality industry. Its mission is to empower employers to
build strong human resources and health and safety cultures that support
resilient workplaces and strong business performance. Working closely with
employers, industry partners, and government, go2HR strengthens the tourism
workforce by:

   - Offering programs, tools, information, and consulting services that
   help employers improve human resources and health and safety practices
   - Educating and training current and future tourism workforces
   - Providing labour market insights that inform government, stakeholders,
   and communities on workforce trends and strategies
