[BCMA] Mending a Glass Sign

Hello, conservators and other knowledgeable people...

We have a glass sign from a local dentist's office that met an unfortunate
mishap while being removed from the wall the other day. I'm attaching a
photo - as you can hopefully see, it's now in three pieces (two large, obe
small triangle) but the breaks are clean and they all fit together well. Is
there any way to glue it back together? Or are we looking at building a
frame for it? Or both?
