[BCMA] COMMUNITY USE OF MUSEUM SPACE

Greetings!
Last week I posted a message but forgot to include my email address so
people could get back to me. Here's the message again.

I am on the board of the museum here in Princeton and we are increasingly
being asked by community groups for the use of our museum space. So far we
have been  winging it, but we have now decided to set up a policy to deal
with the situation. Rather than reinventing the wheel I thought I"d ask
other museums how they do it. If any of you out there have policies or
protocols for having non-profit community groups use your museum space I
would be most grateful if you could send them to me.
