*BCMA Workshop: Bystander Intervention with CultureAlly*

*Wednesday, April 29th, 202610:00 am – 11:00 am PT*

Join BCMA and Matthew Fleming, learning and development facilitator with
CultureAlly, for this engaging Bystander Intervention workshop. This
workshop is delivered in partnership with CultureAlly. CultureAlly helps
build stronger cultures through interactive training, consulting, and
eLearning that make it easier for teams to connect, grow, and lead with
confidence.

In this session, participants will gain an understanding of the Bystander
Effect and our role as bystanders, strategies for effective bystander
intervention, and overcoming barriers to intervention. Participants will
learn about the 5 steps of bystander intervention and effective
communication strategies, as well as how to overcome common barriers to
intervention.
