Connecting with visitors is critical. But, who are they? What do they want?
And, what do they think of that new exhibit?

Visitor studies are a type of evaluation used by museums, galleries, parks,
science centres and other informal learning settings. They are a flexible
research tool designed to yield actionable results to inform
decision-making.

Visitor studies help you:

   -

   Connect more with your audience
   -

   Advocate for funding
   -

Identify opportunities for growth and celebrate your successes

TM Visitor Studies <https://tmvisitorstudies.com/> empowers museum
professionals to find practical ways to build useful evaluation into their
work through education and consulting services.

Build your capacity through two beginner-friendly courses in visitor
studies this November.

Both courses are designed to complement each other, giving you a full
overview of the visitor study process, but also work well as standalone
courses.
