[BCMA] Bequest agreement

Dear BCMA Community,

The Museum of Vancouver has been offered a future bequest of an object for the museum’s collection, and the donor would like formal paperwork from the Museum’s side that we would receive it. We do not currently have a form or precedent for this. Does anyone else have experience with what the details of such a form or agreement would look like?
