[BCMA] Question - What CRM System Do You Use?

Hello listserv!

We are looking into changing our internal CRM system for our small museum and our small team of staff and board members. Currently, we are using Bitrix and it's just not for us anymore. We want to use a new CRM system for keeping track of tasks/projects, calendar capabilities, communicating between staff, etc., and we were hoping it would have the capacity to store contact information for all our members, vendors, regular guests, schools, etc.

We wanted to ask the community what your museum uses and why you like it or dislike it. Or, if you have a system you would recommend and why.
