[BCMA] The New Victoria Scout and Guide Museum Website

Hi everyone

After two months of working with a web designer, we now have our own "*Victoria
Scout and Guide Museum*" website up and running and open to the public.

Please take a look and let me know what you think. Any comments and / or
suggestions on how we might improve it are most welcome as we fine tune our
website over the next several months.
