[BCMA] How to apply for and pay a summer student

Thank you Wendy for your email. You and other museums are so very helpful
when outside support and experience is requested!

I have downloaded the 73 page guide to YCW and am wading through what
conditions to determine what conditions that we can meet and those that we
may not be able to meet.

I will reach out once my team had made a proposal to the Scout House Guild
as to what direction we should pursue and how we may or may not be able to
make it work.
