[BCMA] Request for Wage Benchmarking Info

Hello everyone,

We are currently preparing our budget for the coming year and are hoping to
ensure our staff wages remain competitive within the sector. We would
greatly appreciate any information you can share about wage ranges at your
institution for the following positions:

   -

   Retail / Sales Associate
   -

   Retail & Visitor Experience Manager (or similar roles)
   -

   Curator

If you are able to share your current wage or salary ranges (hourly or
annual), that would be extremely helpful. All information will be kept
confidential and used only for internal benchmarking.
