Colleagues,

BC Archives Awareness Week is soon upon us as we reflect upon “Memories and
Milestones: Celebrating Anniversaries in the Archives”, November 16 - 22,
2025.

The Archives Association of British Columbia turns 35 this year and we
invite our membership to recognize and celebrate milestones and
anniversaries from their organizational history and those found within
fonds and collections in their holdings that have community connections.
Let's celebrate archives and the memories that we work to share and
preserve for future generations!

Join us online for an exciting range of daily events including:

- AABC Members-only Trivia (Monday)

- Roundtea presentations (Tuesday & Friday)

- a new Webinar on unconventional storage locations (Wednesday)

- a Film Screening and Q&A with Lyana Patrick, director of "Nechako: It
Will Be A Big River Again" (Thursday)

All events are free to attend and where possible, will be recorded. Note
that the Monday trivia session is for AABC members only. For more
information and event RSVP links, please visit the AABC website at:
