Registration is open for two *beginner-friendly courses* in visitor studies
this Spring / Summer.
These courses are designed for *arts, culture* and *heritage professionals*
who want to better understand who their organization *reaches*, *engages*
and *impacts*. The course time is a mixture of webinar-style lessons,
individual reflection time and group discussions. The goal of both courses
is to leave participants feeling empowered to build evaluation into their
work so their organization can thrive.
