Both courses are designed to guide *arts, culture* and *heritage
professionals* through the process of planning a visitor study, collecting
data, analysing data and reporting the results in a way that leads to real
change. Doing this kind of evaluation helps you better understand who your
organization *reaches*, *engages* and *impacts*.
Each course is 7 hours long (including breaks). The course time is a
mixture of webinar-style lessons, individual reflection time and group
discussions. The goal of both courses is to leave participants feeling
empowered to build evaluation into their work in a way that is *useful* and
*feasible*.
