Hi Debbie,
Very timely topic.
I’d be curious on comparing notes with the communications/marketing folks in the arts & culture sector. Count me in for any kind of Tea & Topic or online chat & chew.
Thanks for raising this point.
Best,
Josh

Subject: [BCMA] alternative social media
Hey all,
Just wondering about how everyone is feeling about social media platforms right now?
I know some people are moving off Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and X/Twitter. While I don’t think we’re quite ready to leave the place where such a large percentage of our audience hangs out, we are starting to think ahead and acknowledge that many people are moving and that the people who are likely to move, are also people who are our audience.
So what other platforms are you all using or experimenting with? Have you seen a shift the number of followers?
I’d love to have further discussions with people about this. Perhaps it’s a good topic for a Tea & Talk?
