[BCMA] 700 year old tree round print

Good morning,

I'm Tristan, a 12th grade student from UWC Pearson College in Victoria. I'm originally from Spain but have been studying here for one and a half years.

I have been very involved in Old Growth conservation in my time here and recently we have been working on making a print of a 700-year-old tree round. This round comes from the Fairy Creek blockade and has a lot of history, which can be observed in the print with all the cracks and degradation it has suffered. We would like to share this piece of art with more people, both to showcase the greatness of old growth forests and the destruction that comes with cut-blocks, so we thought a museum would be the best place. I have attached an image of the print, and I will leave some links on the importance of the round.

The print is made with black ink on thin paper, measuring 3 meters long and 3 meters wide, divided in 3 pieces of 3x1 meters.
