This course is designed for museum and heritage professionals who want to
build evaluation into their work.

Practice breaking down visitor motivations and identities. Learn useful
approaches to evaluation that will be feasible to implement. By the end of
the course you'll feel empowered to begin collecting data with your own
evaluation tool.
