AABC Roundtea: "Archives Potluck: Crowdsourcing the Digitization Workflow"
Date: Tuesday, June 3, 2025
Time: 11:00am – 12:30pm PST
Format: online via Zoom
Cost: Free, pre-registration/RSVP is required
RSVP deadline: June 2 (@5:00pm)
With warmer weather and brighter days, who doesn’t love getting together
for a potluck! Join your archival colleagues for a “potluck” discussion
about the digitization workflow hosted by Lisa Glandt (EAS Coordinator) and
Lisa Snider (BCANS Coordinator). In this interactive session, Roundtea
participants are invited to contribute in a guided discussion about the
administrative steps and equipment needed for a successful digitization
project. Participants are encouraged to share examples from their own
digitization experience, suggest a tip, and/or bring a question to help
develop a meaningful resource and workflow document that will be shared
afterwards.
Questions and key points can be shared in advance of the Roundtea – please
send your email to: aabc.advisor at aabc.ca.
We look forward to this learning potluck with you!
