Thank you to those who attended our recent virtual session and to everyone who joined us in person and virtually this year! A special thank you to all of our presenters and in-person site hosts at the Chinese Canadian Museum and Irving House.



We are currently looking for new volunteers to join our organizing team. Send us an e-mail with an expression of interest - we'd love to chat!



Keep an eye out for a save-the-date for our 2025 season which will be released before the end of the year.

About Lower Mainland Curators Group



The Lower Mainland Curators Group (LMCG) was created in January 2019 for anyone with an interest in curatorial work, ideas, or themes in British Columbia.

The group is coordinated by a team of volunteer organizing members from museums around Metro Vancouver to discuss topics or themes related to curatorial work. It is for anyone with an interest in our sector including students, museum workers, and those in professions facing similar issues.

We present quarterly virtual and in-person sessions to discuss newly launched projects, share challenges and successes, and discuss lessons learned.
