[BCMA] Feedback wanted: BCMA Gathering attendees and non-attendees

The BCMA is seeking feedback from 2024 Gathering *attendees and
non-attendees* on this year's Annual Conference, held September 24-27 in
Lheidli T'enneh territory—Prince George.
