[BCMA] Videos in adobe flash

We did a number of oral history projects about 15 years ago and had video clips set up to play on a web site and on a computer kiosk in our exhibits.
The videos used Adobe flash to run. We were in the process of updating our computers on the exhibit floor and discovered that we had missed the fact that support for Adobe flash was ended in 2000. I am just wondering if anyone else has experience converting flash to another format that is current.
Any advice would be appreciated.
