Taanishi all,

I’m the new Manager for the Amelia Douglas Institute for Métis Culture and
Language. We are looking for recommendations for a new tour/visit booking
system.

We are a very new cultural institute located in Surrey but reaching across
the province. We have a small showroom with a long-term gallery and
rotating special exhibitions, particularly featuring Métis art and language
resources. We have limited capacity for drop-in hours and are available for
booked 1-hour visits.

We currently use Calendly, but find it not perfectly fitted for our use.
Its challenges for us include being tied to a single email and calendar.

We would love a system that allows visits to book a tour through our
website with an option to donate/pay at the counter (we waive fees for
Métis citizens so payment should be skippable). Our funds are limited at
the moment, so expense is also a factor.

Would anyone let me know if they have had positive experiences with a
booking service or program?
