[BCMA] Capital Project questions

We're embarking on a major capital expansion, and we have a few questions
we hope some other museums/orgs may have some experience to share:

1. Has anyone hired an external/contract Project Manager and maybe have an
example RFP/RFQ for that work? This would be for a contractor that then
works with all of the parties, namely landowner, neighbours, city
bylaws/permits, construction company, exhibit fabricators, etc. possibly
funders.

2. Has anyone developed a tender/rfp process and/or has appropriate wording
that specifies a need for local sourcing? And/or desire to include a
specific company or type of company (e.g. Mass Timber) in the process?

We would appreciate any advice/experience as we move forward in this
process!
