[BCMA] Knife sharpener handle - inquiry about material

Good afternoon BCMA colleagues,

I have a small inquiry that I'm wondering if anyone well-versed in
collections management and material identification might be able to help us
with!

Working on our collection inventory, we came across a knife sharpener
(photo attached). We're trying to identify what the handle is made of, but
we lack the expertise or the tools to properly ascertain whether it's made
from bone or ivory.

If anyone would be able to speak to this with some authority (or else
suggest where we might be able to find out what we're looking at), I would
appreciate it!
