ADHD Awareness in Public Spaces
Join Annie Desrochers, ADHD Program Coordinator for the Centre for ADHD Awareness Canada, as we discuss accessibility and inclusion of patrons with ADHD in public spaces.
ADHD can have a significant impact on an individual's everyday life. In designing an ADHD-friendly environment you might need to implement strategies, accommodations, and modification in your space and outreach style. This engaging workshop will provide an overview of how individuals with ADHD may be impacted within the community, as well as strategies to provide an inclusive environment while supporting them as clients.
