[BCMA] need an IT expert

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv]

Hello all
I have my data in Collective Access hosted by Hostus and I can't get it to
open. Apparently I need an expert with Linux experience to do something
with SSL certificates.

I can't say it's all Greek to me but it is so far out of my wheelhouse.

Any suggestions?
