Hello everyone!

The Talent MATCH and Talent 4 Non-Profits programs have now wrapped up after two years of supporting museums, arts, tourism, culture, hospitality (MATCH), and non-profit organizations and the students looking to work in them.

We hope that we've been able to help you and that the resources available on the Talent MATCH<https://acewilbc.ca/talent-match/>, Talent 4 Non-Profits<https://acewilbc.ca/talent-4-non-profits/>, and Talent MATCH for Students<https://acewilbc.ca/talent-match-for-students/> pages will continue to be helpful in the years to come.

Before we go, we have two final resources to share: The Business Programs Simplified Recruitment Guide and Resume Basics for MATCH Students.

Business Recruitment Guide:<https://acewilbc.ca/resource-library/business-programs-a-simplified-recruitment-guide/> Every organization has business needs and a business student can help! Need a hand with bookkeeping? Office administration support? Need a volunteer coordinator or to develop an HR policy? Marketing assistance? Or maybe you're looking to consult on launching a new product or service? Download the Business Programs Simplified Recruitment Guide<https://acewilbc.ca/resource-library/business-programs-a-simplified-recruitment-guide/> to learn what schools are an option for you.

Resume Basics for MATCH Students:<https://acewilbc.ca/resource-library/resume-basics-for-match-students-pdf/> Having a clear, up-to-date resume is one of the first steps for students looking to land a work placement in the MATCH (Museums, Arts, Tourism, Culture and Hospitality) sectors. This resource<https://acewilbc.ca/resource-library/resume-basics-for-match-students-pdf/> is a guide for putting together your resume (or sprucing your old one up), including tips about industry-specific norms and standards across the different MATCH disciplines.

Thanks again for all your support during the run of the program! Don't forget you can find more resources here: https://acewilbc.ca/talent-match/
