[BCMA] Call for Volunteers - 2023 AABC / ARMA Vancouver Island Joint Conference

We are looking for a dedicated group of volunteers to help make the 2023
ARMA VI/AABC Joint Conference a success! The conference will be held in
Victoria, BC and is tentatively scheduled for April 28, 2023
(venue-dependent). A Call for Speakers will be distributed soon.

Please contact info at aabc.ca if you are interested in volunteering or have
any questions. We have several different volunteering opportunities
available, including:


   -

   Arranging social activities such as a pub night or a tour of a local
   archives;
   -

   Selecting speakers and creating conference schedule;
   -

   Contacting potential sponsors;
   -

   Designing a website and related graphic design work; and
   -

   Assisting during the conference with tasks such as technical
   troubleshooting, monitoring questions in chat and reception.


Time Commitment : Approximately two hours per month, increasing in
frequency closer to conference date. Time commitment will vary across
roles.
