[BCMA] Travelling exhibit available

Revelstoke Museum and Archives created the travelling exhibit "Land of
Thundering Snow" in 2020, and it has travelled to several venues in B.C. The
exhibit focuses on avalanche history and control in Canada. It was created
to fit a 12' x 12' space, but can be set up in a variety of ways, including
along a wide corridor. The exhibit and all related materials are fully
bilingual in English and French.


Attached please find English and French flyers with more information on the
exhibit.

 

Land of Thundering Snow is available between April and September of this
year. We could accommodate one or two venues in this time period. Rental fee
is $3000 for the six-month period, plus one-way shipping. Consideration for
lower fees may be given for shorter rental periods. Funding may be available
through MAP - Museums Assistance Program.
