Kamloops Art Gallery is offering FREE admission to fire evacuees.

In response to the ongoing wildfires affecting our communities, the Kamloops Art Gallery (KAG) is offering fire evacuees free admission to the Gallery. Recognizing the stress and uncertainty faced by those displaced by the wildfires, the KAG aims to provide a safe space where individuals and families can find comfort, inspiration, and a brief escape from the current circumstances. The Gallery offers a welcoming environment with comfortable seating, reading materials, and beautiful artworks that offer a small reprieve from ongoing challenges.

The KAG is committed to supporting our community and believes that art can play a significant role in healing and connecting during times of adversity. Fire evacuees can identify themselves to Gallery Admissions Staff for free entry. The Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and 8 pm on Thursday. Find more information on the Gallery’s current exhibitions here<https://kag.bc.ca/current>.
