[BCMA] To mask or not to mask?

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv]

At the Museum of Surrey we are encouraging mask use but not requiring it.
So far today, one out of about 30 patrons has worn a mask. However, we are
requiring all staff and volunteers to wear a mask.
