BCMA Webinar - Environmental Monitoring, Pest Management and You
Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm PT

Join the BCMA and Melissa King, a preventive conservator and Senior
Conservation Liaison at Conserv, to talk about free conservation software
and pest management! Conserv Cloud is the next generation of software for
preventive conservation data analytics designed specifically for
collections.

In this one-hour webinar, Melissa will walk you through the free Conserv
Cloud software and how to get set up and start using it. Melissa will also
discuss how Conserv's subscription for easy-to-setup wireless sensors
works. This is a great option for those interested in getting real-time
data (automatically updated in the software every 10 minutes) with alert
capabilities. Perks of Conser's software include:

   - It is free to use and users can upload as much data as they'd like
from their current dataloggers to efficiently evaluate relative humidity,
   temperature, and light data.
   - Users can also take advantage of the integrated pest management tool
within the software that helps you keep track of pest monitors and
identifications while utilizing a comprehensive image database of pests
compiled by the experts at MuseumPests.Net.
   - You can record observations about your spaces and the environment
using the free mobile application that complements the software.
